• Oily Skin: oily skin produces large amounts of sebum (oil), which causes breakouts.  Pores are large and skin tends to be shiny and acne-prone.  Puberty, temperature extremes, and stress can affect hormones, imperfections, and skin changes. 

• Combination Skin: as the names suggests, combination skin is a mix of both dry and oily skin.  Skin in the t-zone area (nose, chin, and forehead), tends to be oily, while skin in the check and jaw area, tends to be dry.  Treatment in the different areas depends on the skin’s type.  Combination skin is common.
